Sabin Duvert: *Sabin has seen Mordath off to go track down his friends, proud of his 'son', and yet at the same time, feeling more and more distant from him as he's not older, more mature. With a sigh he thinks of himself and Kamiki - things have been so hectic, and her with a child on the way..... their child... How much longer would it be now...? It couldn't be long.... and her still so active. What would the child be like? In an area of such high potential magic, would it be healthy? And the offspring of a half anju and a kitsune...? He should be with her, he chided himself.... especially this late in the pregnancy. Their separate houses seeming to widen the silence. With a resolute determination, he removes himself from his study and heads out to find Kamiki*

Samantha Blaire: *you hear someone messing around the garden in back... its Kamiki tending to her roses, her briefcase and GMFC paperwork on the patio chair. She has obviously just come home as she's still - mostly - dressed for work. Her labcoat is hung over the back of a chair and her shoes are off next to it. She's messing with a hose in back, her hair pulled sloppily back into a ponytail and her shirt is tied up, exposing her very large belly*
Sabin Duvert: *Sabin smiles and walks over quietly, hands in his pockets. He can't help but just stand and watch her with a dopey smile on his face as she works, beautiful as ever. Finally, he clears his throat, leaning against the fence* Hi there, Beautiful.
Samantha Blaire: *she looks up, startled, but smiles happily as she sees him* Hi there, stranger..
Sabin Duvert: *he grins, opens the gate to the garden and strolls in* How have you been doing recently...? I'm sorry I haven't been around more.
Samantha Blaire: Oh... stressfull. Purrpurr has been a mess ever since Morion went MIA again..
Sabin Duvert: *he frowns* Mordath has been going through a lot, too.... he... had Airi unlock his memories... I don't think he was quite ready for what he got...
Samantha Blaire: *she nods* I can't get her to leave the house... she's lonely..
Sabin Duvert: I think Mordath was planning on visiting... I'm sure they have a lot to discuss.... *he runs a hand through his hair* It's strange... seeing them grow so quickly.... it seems like just yesterday she was screaming about him scaring her with his teddy.....
Samantha Blaire: *she gives a lop sided smile and rubs her stomach, unconsciously*
Sabin Duvert: *he glances over to her belly* So... how... much longer will it be now?
Samantha Blaire: Ya know, thats something I've learned is rather...frustrating here
Samantha Blaire: It varies

Samantha Blaire: Its however the magic in this place flows through you...

Samantha Blaire: *she walks into the house, motioning for Sabin to follow her*
Sabin Duvert: *he pushes off the fence and follows after her curiously*
Samantha Blaire: *Simon meets her at the door, a little taur creature in his arms, wearing only a large purple ribbin around her chest*
Sabin Duvert: *Sabin's face softens into an adorable smile as he sees the little creature* She's adorable! Did you find her...?
Samantha Blaire: Yes... but thats the really really odd thing..
Sabin Duvert: *he lifts his eyebrows and looks back to her*
Samantha Blaire: I just had this dream...and when i was woke up, I was in the forest outside Barton..
Samantha Blaire: And she was in my arms...
Sabin Duvert: hunh...
Sabin Duvert: strange...
Sabin Duvert: so another addition to the household....
Samantha Blaire: *she takes the baby, who wiggles a bit as she tries to feel comfortable in her arms, looking curiosly, but hesitantly at Sabin*
Samantha Blaire: She's shy..
Sabin Duvert: and she's definately more than just another pet, isn't she.... she looks mostly human.... up top at least...
Sabin Duvert: *he smiles, his fangs poking downwards, and reaches out a finger to her small hands*
Samantha Blaire: *she turns her head and buries it in Kamiki's chest*
Sabin Duvert: *he smiles* She certainly is...
Samantha Blaire: *she hands the little girl back to Simon, who takes her upstairs to her room*
Sabin Duvert: *he smiles to Kamiki* Looks like it's going to be a full house...
Samantha Blaire: Yeah... no kidding...
Sabin Duvert: I wonder how she'll get along with our forthcoming bundle of joy...
Sabin Duvert: How's Katrina?
Samantha Blaire: *smiles* I'm just ready for him to come..
Samantha Blaire: She's off at school..
Sabin Duvert: *nods*
Samantha Blaire: she writes... occasionally
Samantha Blaire: She seems to be doing fine..
Sabin Duvert: well.... she did seem rather... independant *he phrases it kindly* But I'm glad she's doing well
Samantha Blaire: *She smiles and walks over to him, wrapping her arms around him*
Samantha Blaire: Mmm... I've missed you..
Sabin Duvert: I've missed you too *he hugs her back, holding her, feeling her pregnant stomach against him*
