Alone, I trod
Silently
Black beings whispering, night winds rushing
Sparkling light in my soul
“What are they?” I asked

Alone, I saw
A creature in my dream
Through shadows of the night, racing through the wind
Calling my name
“Who are you?” I asked

Alone, I gaze
At the burning scarlet liquid
Flowing from my hands, my eyes lit with fire
Sadness settled in
“What have I done?” I asked

Alone, I perch
On this pillar of darkness
Reminiscing a yesterday of broken smiles, a past of dissolved blood
I gaze as friendship fled in front of me
“What happened?” I asked

Alone I live
Searching to belong
Ebony conquering me, pain and fear against me
Stirring me
“Who am I?” I asked

Alone I survive
Cadaver in clandestine
Two different beings, erudition to cope
I look at myself
“Am I alone?” I asked
